Sprung-pressed aluminum profiles can be twisted and bent what might lead to problems in the following processing.

Cold straightening of aluminum extruded profiles means measuring the clamped profile bar and counterrotate and/or conter-bent the profile bar under stretch. Following it can be worked with a rod corresponding to the tolerance requirements.

This procedure achieves a clearly lower exclusion rate which is why a clearly higher process stability is possible.

Also, mistakes in the bar profile can be realized and corrected in the beginning which makes sure that no n.i.O. pieces will be processed.
