For our standard benders or individual benders and tasks, we produce very precise tools which work with highest accuracy. The tool making area is very specific and requests a lot of experience and precision. High repeatability and individual characteristics distinguish the tools, that leave our company. Our employees know about the high requirements for the surface and certain specific dimensions.
There are mostly aluminum-, stainless steel-, and coextrudate profiles being curved.
Our products can integrate multiple processes or be used for easy applications.
Every tool we produce for requirement is an individual product; it is characterized by highest accuracy and is – depending on each request – eligible for a small number of units just like as mass production. Low tooling times lead to smooth processes, regardless if single- double- or multiple parts are needed.
Tools produced by us are durable; all plans will be archived of course – among other things a 3D-scan of the finished tool.
