Sprung-pressed aluminum profiles can be twisted and bent what might lead to problems in the following processing.<\/p>\n

Cold straightening of aluminum extruded profiles means measuring the clamped profile bar and counterrotate and\/or conter-bent the profile bar under stretch. Following it can be worked with a rod corresponding to the tolerance requirements.<\/p>\n

This procedure achieves a clearly lower exclusion rate which is why a clearly higher process stability is possible.<\/p>\n

Also, mistakes in the bar profile can be realized and corrected in the beginning which makes sure that no n.i.O. pieces will be processed.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
